Kevin Slydell is Chief Transformation Officer of Usual Industries.
Kevin leads the company’s multi-year transformation and coordinates enterprise initiatives already transforming within businesses and functions.
Kevin previously served as transformation president at Alder & Rowe Holdings and as a senior partner at Continuum Performance Group. Over more than two decades, he has designed enterprise roadmaps, value offices and governance structures intended to move organizations from transformation planning to transformation execution through an orderly sequence of additional planning.
Kevin is vice chair of the Institute for Sustainable Transformation and a visiting adviser to the Redbridge School of Change. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business systems from Redbridge University and a master’s degree in organizational transformation from Halcyon Graduate College.
