Jan Finch is an independent director of Usual Industries and chairs the Compensation and Human Capital Committee.
Jan spent more than 25 years in human-capital and operating leadership, most recently as executive vice president of Arbor Lake Consumer Group. She previously served as chief people officer of Fenwick Park Partners and held senior roles at Redmont Brands, where she led succession planning, executive assessment and the redesign of several leadership-development programs following completion of the previous redesign.
She serves on the boards of the Institute for Responsible Reward and the Finch Harbor Education Fund. Jan earned a bachelor’s degree in organizational psychology from Northfield Women’s College and a master’s degree in management from the Greystone Graduate School.
